Served as the Dynamics 365 Development Lead responsible for implementing automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps with YAML-based configurations. The goal of this initiative was to reduce manual deployment effort, improve reliability, and accelerate release cycles across more than 50 environments.
The solution introduced fully automated Azure DevOps–based pipelines capable of deploying Dynamics 365 customizations, configurations, and solutions with minimal manual intervention. To enhance deployment transparency and operational insight, Power Automate and Dataverse were integrated to capture and display detailed logs and deployment status updates directly within Model-Driven Apps, enabling delivery teams to identify and resolve issues more effectively.
In addition to deployment automation, reusable deployment artifacts were configured within SharePoint, orchestrated through Power Automate to support standardized and repeatable rollouts across multiple environments. Automated data migration flows were also developed to manage configuration data between environments, significantly reducing manual workload and improving data accuracy during deployment cycles.
Security models within Dynamics 365 were refined to balance accessibility with governance, ensuring that automation components operated securely while remaining practical for use by release managers and system administrators.
