Event Booking and Client Management System

Served as a Dynamics 365 Consultant on the Event Booking and Client Management System project, delivering a customized CRM solution to streamline event registration, client engagement, and marketing automation. The solution leveraged Dynamics 365 Sales alongside ClickDimensions for marketing campaigns and Eventbrite for external event registration, creating a connected experience across all event management processes.

Configured and customized workflows, business process flows, forms, and entities to manage event scheduling, attendee tracking, and client communications from initial invitation through post-event follow-up. Integrated ClickDimensions to automate email campaigns, track engagement, and manage lead capture within Dynamics 365. Supported the Eventbrite integration to ensure that external event registrations were synchronized with CRM data, providing a unified view of attendees and event performance.

Provided configuration, analysis, and support services throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver a scalable, user-friendly solution that improved visibility, coordination, and client relationship management across events.
