
Served as the Dynamics 365 Development Lead during the project’s third phase as part of the delivery team. The solution integrated an OpenShift-based public portal with a Dynamics 365 backend. This phase focused on enabling self-service financial assistance for disaster evacuees — allowing users to submit applications and receive funding without direct client interaction. Custom workflows, actions, plugins, and entities were developed to automate processing and deliver timely support, enabling faster response times and ensuring evacuees could access critical financial assistance efficiently.
