Developed a Housing Incentive Funding Application System using Dynamics 365 and Power Pages to streamline grant submissions, automate workflows, and improve collaboration between applicants and internal reviewers. Utilized JavaScript and Dataverse API calls to tighten validation and data handling. Automated key steps with Power Automate (eligibility checks, document generation, and scheduled notifications) and enabled real-time application status tracking so applicants could easily follow progress through review and approval.
